NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 16-006063-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KIRKLAND FINANCIAL, LLC, is Plaintiff and RUSSELL K. BORING AS TRUSTEE OF THE SEBIRMINGHAM-1064 LAND TRUST, A FLORIDA LAND TRUST DATED JANUARY 24, 2015, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on June 7, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Property Address: 2842 Chancery Lane, Clearwater, Florida 33579
Lot 19, CHELSEA WOODS PHASE II, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 86 through 89, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
