NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-008111-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 2007-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and ROBERT WINFIELD A/K/A ROBERT M. WINFIELD; JAMIE WINFIELD A/K/A JAMIE E. WINFIELD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 5, LAKEVIEW ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
