Pope, deceased, File Number 18-001893ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 - Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent's date of death was January 23, 2018 and the last four digits of whose social security number are 4908; that the total value of the estate is $45,620.09 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
