NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 16-004109-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff, and, KLEIN, MACKENZIE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuits Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of April, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 1A, BLOCK D, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
