NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 14, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17000850CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, NEW PENN FINANCIAL LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff, and MARK ALLEN EAVES; CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on April 18th, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY O F CHARLOTTE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 20, BLOCK 412, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 89, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 56A THROUGH 56B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS O F CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
