NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, and entered in 17001007CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and JANICE ANN ROLOFF A/K/A JANICE T. ROLOFF; FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A PREMIER AMERICAN BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO PENINSULA BANK are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
