NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8,2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001778AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee, for the FBR Securitization Trust 2005-4 Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Stephen D. Rowe a/k/a Stephen Daniel Rowe, deceased, Cheryl Anne Busch a/k/a Cheryl A. Busch, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Resmae Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, Stephen Everett Rowe a/k/a Stephen E. Rowe, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
