NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000560000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2006-HE10, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE10, is the Plaintiff and Lydia Lewis, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 6, CARY-WALTERS FIRST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 15 AND AS CORRECTED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
