NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2018, and entered in 2017CA002605000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATON ''FANNIE MAE'', A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH E. PEPPERMAN; SCARLETT G. PEPPERMAN; LAKE BUTLER ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 17, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
