NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 27, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2017CA000921CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and RUSSELL N. WEAVER; TANGLEWOOD MOBILE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

BOOK 922, PAGES 1533 THROUGH 1594 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AS AMENDED IN AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TANGLEWOOD MOBILE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ADDING PHASE II RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1039, PAGES 1535 THROUGH 1543 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED IN AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TANGLEWOOD MOBILE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ADDING PHASE III RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1097, PAGES 1931 THROUGH 1939 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO DESCRIBED IN THE AFORESAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
TOGETHER WITH: 1978 REDM DOUBLE-WIDE MOBILE HOME BEARING I.D. NUMBERS: 13001795A AND 13001795B.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
