TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS and LIENORS OF THE ESTATE OF MINNIE ATTARDO A/K/A MINNIE CONSIDINE, DECEASED; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to quiet title to the following described real property located in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described, to wit
Lot 583, COLONIAL HILLS, UNIT 9, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 52, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Identification: 20-26-16-0620-00000-5830 Commonly Known As: 5341 Swallow Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to Chad T. Orsatti, Esq., Plaintiff s attorney, whose address is 2925 Alternate 19 North, Suite B, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683, on or before APR 23 2018, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
