NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001295 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA6, is the Plaintiff and Nottingham at Pebblebrooke Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Michelle Blackmon, Connie Kay Campbell a/k/a Connie Campbell, Pebblebrooke Lakes Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 12 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
