NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 10, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2016-CA-001676-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER ZORILLA A/K/A ALEX ZORRILLA; JENNY ZORILLA A/K/A JENNY ZORRILLA, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lobby, 3rd Floor Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
the south 165' of tract 95. golden gate estates. unit no. 14. according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 7. page 74. of the public records of colier county. florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
