NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 1500991CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SAUNDRA A. ROATH A/K/A SAUNDRA ROATH ANGLERS COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. JAMES ROATH, , AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SAUNDRA A. ROATH A/K/A SAUNDRA ROATH ROBERT TURNER, JR UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAUNDRA A. ROATH A/K/A SAUNDRA ROATH N/K/A JAMES ROATH; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 401, BUILDING NO. M, PHASE VI, OF ANGLERS COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 956, PAGE 189, AND PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 25, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
