Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated March 14 2018 in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001277 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which FRANCES HUCK and JUDY PETRULAVAGE are the Plaintiffs and FRED TURNER, Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes at: 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Third Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL 34112 beginning 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on April 11 2018, the following described property set forth in said Final Default Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lot 6, EVERGLADES SEABOARD VILLAS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 97, of the Public Records of Collier County, FL.
Any Person Claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
