NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-001545-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-5, is the Plaintiff and WANDA L. FLOYD A/K/A WANDA FLOYD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA L. FLOYD A/K/A WANDA FLOYD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BEATRICE GARZA; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ: LOT 13, BLOCK F, TRAIL TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 94, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
