NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001008-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and BEVERLY JACKSON A/K/A BEVERLY B. JACKSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00am the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 705, BUILDING 7, PHASE 7, FEATHER SOUND AT PELICAN STRAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 2394, PAGE 2519, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
By Virtue of that certain Warranty Deed recorded 12/29/04 in Official Records Book 3705, Page 3078, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
