NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000891-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and PETER PINEIRO A/K/A PEDRO PINEIRO; CALUSA BAY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; CITIBANK, N.A. FKA CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
