NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2018, and entered in 11-2017-CA-001467-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A., F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, CHASEFLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and BERNELL GRAY A/K/A DENNIS BERNELL GRAY; BARBARA FOELSKE A/K/A BARBARA FOESKE ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
