NOTICE is hereby given that Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 12, 2018, at 11:00 A.M., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 302, The Oldetowne Condominium of Naples, Inc., a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 497, Pages 216 through 255, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
