Jones, Nicole Hield a/k/a Nicole J. Hield a/k/a Nicole Jones, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Suncoast Credit Union f/k/a Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants , the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tarniami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 95-C, BUILDING 1023, PHASE I, OF THE COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 963, PAGES 809 THROUGH 937-A, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION THEREOF.
