NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 11, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017 CA 001560 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Unknown Successor Trustee of The Mary L. Cole Revocable Living Trust dated March 26, 2007; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Mary L. Cole Revocable Living Trust dated March 26, 2007; Sarasota County Government are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, GREENBRIAR HOMES, 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
