NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on February 7, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 002906 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JAMES P. GREATHOUSE AKA JAMES PENNINGTON GREATHOUSE, DECEASED; DEBORAH LYNN JONES AKA DEBORAH JONES AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES P. GREATHOUSE AKA JAMES PENNINGTON GREATHOUSE, DECEASED; DEBORAH LYNN JONES AKA DEBORAH JONES; JULIA SWAZO GREATHOUSE; PAUL CHRISTOPHER GREATHOUSE; BRIDGET AYLWARD; PATRICIA AYLWARD; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BENJAMIN JONES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on April 9, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3423 AND 3424, OF UNIT NO. 12, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
