NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017 CA 000301 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as indenture Trustee under the indenture relating to IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and Mary F Salabun; Unknown Spouse of Mary F Salabun; CitiBank (South Dakota), N.A.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS) as nominee for American Brokers Conduit; Unknown Tenant In Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13514 AND 13515, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 52, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
