NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-007749 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-24CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-24CB, is Plaintiff and OMAR TORRES; MARGRET SOSSA-GONZALEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 125 FEET OF THE SOUTH 900 FEET, LESS THE WEST 1215 FEET, OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
