NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-009034 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT #1, AQUISTITIONS TRUST LLC AS TRUSTEE OF 19140 DOVE CREEK RESIDENTIAL LAND TRUST, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, EMAD MORCUS, SAWSAN EID AND WEST MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “5” PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
