NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003205 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-HOA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HOA1, is Plaintiff and DAVIDA CONSTANT, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 33, ARBOR GREEN PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
