NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001892 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo USA Holdings Inc., successor by merger to Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc, is the Plaintiff and Jeanette Johnson, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Annjeannette Johnson, Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK 1, OF HIGHLAND PINES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, ON PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
