NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2017, and entered in 15-CA-006309 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and ROGER A. KIRK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
