NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 31, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-005901 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2005-FF11 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-FF11 is Plaintiff and PATRICIA L. NEWBERRY A/K/A PATRICIA NEWBERRY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 125 FEET OF THE NORTH 580.8 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST; LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PUBLIC ROAD AS SHOWN IN DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 1576, PAGE 564, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
