NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001074 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2001-2 is Plaintiff and LISA CONWAY AND TIMOTHY CONWAY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 PM on April 12, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property is located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
