RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 13, 2018 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-005731 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF PAUL KEARSE A/K/A PAUL KEARSE, SR., DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 117, Palm River Village Unit Two, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
