NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-CA-005167 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, in trust for registered holders of Chase Funding Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-6 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Felicidad C. Almeda a/k/a Felicidad Almeda f/k/a Felicidad C. Benton, Deceased; Florendo P. Almeda, Jr. is a/k/a Florendo Pataton Almeda, Jr. a/k/a George Almeda; Chrisley Anne Benton; Bayport West Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 12th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, OF BAYPORT WEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
