NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-005565 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-HE8, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE8 is the Plaintiff and MOISE LAPOINTE; LISA LAPOINTE; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
