Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 12, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 81 IN BLOCK 4 OF GREENRIDGE ESTATES UNIT NO 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS REOCRDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8533 TIDEWATER TRAIL, TAMPA, FL 33619; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on April 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
