You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of ANDREW W. STATHIS, deceased, File No. 17-6194-ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent's date of death was April 24, 2017; that the total value of the estate as stated in the Petition for Summary Administration is $12,079.40 and the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned are:
SUNTRUST BANK, as successor trustee of the ANDREW W. STATHIS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 20, 1997, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON NOVEMBER 6, 2008, AND AS AGAIN AMENDED AND RESTATED IN ITS ENTIRETY ON FEBRUARY 22, 2017, c/o Scott P. Callahan, First Vice-President, 401 E. Jackson St., 20th Floor, Tampa, FL 33602.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702. ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
