NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of February, 2018, and entered in Case No. 13006495CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER FOR WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER FOR WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; RUBY N. STEFKO; DENNIS W. CAMPBELL; JENNIFER L. ESNO; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE STEFKO LIVING TRUST DATED THE 8TH DAY OF JULY, 2003; UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF THE STEFKO LIVING TRUST DATED THE 8TH DAY OF JULY, 2003; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPH A. STEFKO A/K/A JOSEPH ANTHONY STEFKO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 23rd day of April, 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, LESS THE WEST 8 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK D, HARRISON M. EVAN'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LARGO, FLA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
