NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed February 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001111 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Betty Ann Kramer, Jacqueline Francis, Richard G. Kramer, Tenant #1 N/K/A Cody Jones, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
