NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000184-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Linda Jackson, Tony Jackson, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 10th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 19, BLOCK K, TIERRA VERDE UNIT ONE, FOURTH REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 25 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
