NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-005366 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR8, Plaintiff and Oceanside of Indian Rocks Condominium Association, Inc. d/b/a Oceanside of Indian Rocks Beach Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 207 OF OCEANSIDE OF INDIAN ROCKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 13381, PAGE 1789, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
