NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 09, 2018, and entered in 14-009094-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and LARRY W. ALCORN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 10, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
