NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2018, and entered in 14-000858-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM S. BRYANT; RICHARD C. REYNOLDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM S. BRYANT ; THIRD FEERAL SAVING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 12, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
