YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien upon the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 27, Building C, ALLENDALE ARMS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 5149, Page 576, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 121, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, TIMOTHY C. SCHULER, Esquire, whose address is 8200 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 4/23/18, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
