YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Dunedin has filed its complaint in the above-named court to foreclose on Code Enforcement Board Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 64, Unit 5 of an unrecorded sales plat of Skye Loch Villas, further described as follows: A part of Lot 7 of the Revised Plat of I. Heller's Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 19, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; further described as follows: Begin at the NE corner of Lot 8 of the aforementioned plat and run N 88º52'03” W along the centerline of Beltrees Street, 886.54 feet; thence S 00º22'26” W, 1,010.69 feet; thence S 88º47'33” E, 306.05 feet; thence N 01º17'20” E, 68.95 feet; thence S 88º42'40” E, 27.17 feet; thence S 01º17'20” W, 68.90 feet; thence N 88º47'33” W, 27.17 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Total amount due on the lien: $51,429.34 as of February 28, 2018.
In addition to the amounts set in the foregoing schedule, interest and penalties, as provided by law, on such delinquent lien, together with a proportionate part of the costs and expenses of this suit, are sought to be enforced and foreclosed in this suit.
You are hereby notified to appear and make your defenses to said complaint on or before the day of 4/23/18 (four weeks from date of publication), and if you fail to do so on or before said date the complaint will be taken as confessed by you and you will be barred from thereafter contesting said suit, and said respective parcels of land will be sold by decree of said court for non-payment of said lien and interest and penalties thereon and the costs of this suit.
