NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-039849-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, Successor in Interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and Adalberto Guevara, Hunter'S Creek Community Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Adalberto Guevara N/K/A Lilly Guevara, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 17th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
