AYBAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEDRO J. AYBAR NKA ALTAGRACIA AYBAR; METROWEST UNIT FIVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATON, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF ORLANDO, FLORIDA; SEACOAST NATIONAL BANK are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 17, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
