A/K/A VITO BADALAMENTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VITO BADALAMENTI, JR. A/K/A VITO BADALAMENTI; THE ENCLAVE AT OXFORD PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AVALON TC II LIMITED PARTNERSHIP A/K/A AVALON TC II, LP; SYSCO CENTRAL FLORIDA, INC. are the Defendant(s).
