TRUST 2005-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1, Plaintiff, and, JOSEPH GUCCIARDO A/K/A J GUCCIARDO; LINDA JUNE GUCCIARDO, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. LOT 440, HIDDEN LAKE ESTATES, UNIT - FOUR, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 82 AND 83, LESS THE EAST 20.00 FEET THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1586, PAGE 126; ALL BEING OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
