NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017CA002030CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE CSMC 2015-RPL2 TRUST, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2015-RPL2 is Plaintiff and ANDREW RUTHERFORD and KATALIN RUTHERFORD, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAULA O'NEIL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on July 02, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
