NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 6, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001023, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, FRANKLIN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARGARITA RODRIGUEZ; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BRENDA RODRIGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1, OF CORY LAKE ISLES - PHASE 6, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
